680 High Velocity Purifier & Dehydrator Unit
This medium flow purifier and filtration unit is perfect for smaller flush jobs. We can either heat or cool the oil as needed depending on the job! This unit is designed to; flush new and existing pipe from 3/8" tubing to 3" diameter pipe, achieve an ISO Code of 13/12/10, exceed a Reynolds number above 4,000 and can achieve temperatures to meet the needs of the task at hand.
This unit can be used in conjunction with our online particle counter which can not only tell you the cleanliness of the oil but the water saturation percentage as well. With all the data that we receive from our equipment we are able to then make an educated decision if a water removal unit is necessary at the time of flushing.
The end result is clean and dry oil that will lengthen the lifespan of your system and ensure proper operation of your machinery. Together with the data sheet we ensure all the requirements and expectations are achieved during a flush.
945 High Velocity Lube Flush Unit
This high flow purifier and filtration unit is perfect for large flush jobs. This unit is not only designed to flush new and existing pipe from 2" to 10" diameter pipe. but is also able to clean the oil by circulation. This unit is designed to achieve an ISO Code of 12/11/10 and exceed a Reynolds number above 4,000 easily. In most instances we are able to achieve a Reynolds number over 6,000, which results in reduced flush times. This unit can be used in conjunction with our online particle counter which can not only tell you the cleanliness of the oil but the water saturation percentage. With all the data that we receive from our equipment we then can make an educated decision if a water removal unit is necessary air the time of flushing. With this particular unit we have a data sheet that we work with the client to fill out. By using our own reservoirs we can ensure that contamination and temperature of the oil is controlled.
The end result is clean and dry oil that will lengthen the lifespan of your system and ensure proper operation of your machinery. Together with the data sheet we ensure all the requirements and expectations are achieved during a flush.
Borescope
The Borescope allows our technicians to view the inside the piping before and after cleaning providing a great representation of the condition of the pipe before flushing. This information is utilized to inspect the tanks without removing the lids. Thus, minimizing the potential for contamination has occurred unnecessarily. We can then determine what is the best approach to save the client hours of unnecessary time and money.
Particle Analyzer
Guays Laser Particle Counter is another piece of equipment that is necessary to ensure that the oil we are cleaning is within specification. This particle counter proves our work in the field and eliminates educated guesses that can be detrimental to the oil. Our particle counters can sample every 30 seconds or every 5-10 min depending on the clients needs. This particle counter takes a sample of the oil being filtered analyzes, and provides an ISO particle count based on the number of 4 µm, 6 µm, and 14 µm particles present in the fluid. This particle counter also will give oil temperature and water saturation results which can then be downloaded and sent to our client. By providing real-time, on-site analysis of your oil, Guay technicians ensure quality control and maximum quality of your lubricating fluid without wasting time sending samples to the labs and running your equipment with dirty oil when it is being sent to the lab.
Unit 850 Bag Unit
This unit is FAST, EFFICIENT, ECONOMICAL, AND FILTERS TO 1 MICRON. This unit is capable of 880 Litres per min and can filter continuously without interuption with its unique design.
Vacuum Dehydrator
A vacuum dehydrator is made to remove water from the oil. These units are very user-friendly once the unit is set up you can continuously run it without supervision.
These units are not made to take large amounts of contamination out of the oil this should be done prior.
These units are mostly used in an industrial setting due to the intricacy of parts.
